Extra Hassle-Free Warranty Service
As an added benefit to DC Power Stilts customers, warranty service or replacement of parts by DC Power Stilts is available. If you bring in your stilts, we can fix them or can manage part replacement, communications, and shipping with manufacturers. If you can not bring or send your stilts to our shop, we'll help with any questions about the warrenty, and can provide you with advice on documenting issues.

The standard warranties do not apply to normal wear-and tear, damage from falling, negligent care, or in cases when the unit has been used in any manner not prescribed by the users manual.

In all warrenty cases, you will be required to document your claim.

Poweriser Warranty
Poweriser USA provides a general one-year free-from-defects warranty except for springs and hoof rods that come with a six-month warranty. Poweriser USA will replace defective parts at no charge or the unit if it is totally defunct, (ie shipping problem). Please keep your email receipt for warranty purposes.

Return Policy
DC Power Stilts also allows for the return of unused items up to 30 days from your receipt of the order, although shipping costs will NOT be refunded. Refunds will be given minus 20% for restocking costs. Items that are returned used or damaged within 30 days will recieve a maximum refund of 50%.
